Screening a Minor?
If you are hiring a minor and drug
testing is your standard protocol for all new employees, you will need
to have a parental consent completed prior to the screen. For your
convenience we have added this form to our website at
www.northbay.org, click on “For
Employers”, then click on Services and Fees, you will see
